Work matters. After years working in employment services and recruitment, I have spent my career helping people upgrade their jobs and lifestyle. But when I became a dad, everything changed.
Only then did I fully appreciate the value of stable, lucrative work and the resources it provides personally and for those close to you. I realised I couldn’t sit on the knowledge and experience I have any longer. It was time to share and start making a difference more widely.
Although there are things in life more important than work, getting this fundamental pillar properly in place, is the most powerful way to build a brighter future.
