If our services do not meet your expectations, you are entitled to a refund.

We aim to make this process straightforward and respectful.

Eligibility for refunds

You may request a refund if:

  • You are dissatisfied with a digital product, coaching session, or service

  • You feel the service did not deliver what was reasonably expected

  • The service was not suitable for your needs

There is no requirement to justify your decision extensively. Feedback is welcomed but not mandatory.

Timeframes

  • Refund requests can be made at any time, including after services have commenced

  • Requests should be submitted in writing via email

How to request a refund

  • Your name

  • The service or product purchased

  • A brief explanation (optional)

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.

Our philosophy

We value long-term trust over short-term transactions.
